Giulia’s Autumn HeartbeatAn intimate autumn journey through Northern Italy

A truffle rain night …

There is something about Northern Italy in autumn that makes me want to slow down.

Perhaps it is the first chill after sunset, the colour of the vineyards, the return of truffles to the table — or simply that delicious feeling that summer’s noise has finally disappeared.

This is my autumn heartbeat: a little journey through the places I love, to be experienced as a long weekend together or stolen, one encounter at a time. For those travelling to Milan or Northern Italy, it can also become a private Fly Me to You experience — shaped around the pleasure of discovering somewhere beautiful together.

‍ ‍ Verona — Art after dark

I would begin in Verona, during ArtVerona. From 9–11 October, contemporary art, collectors and galleries take over the city — the perfect excuse to dress beautifully, disappear among paintings for an afternoon and continue somewhere more intimate after dark. (ArtVerona)

Franciacorta — Bubbles & golden light

Then west, through the vineyards of Franciacorta. Autumn suits this landscape: quieter roads, long lunches and a bottle opened without looking at the time.

I like places that leave room for conversation. Franciacorta does exactly that.

‍ ‍Alba — The white truffle ritual

Some pleasures should remain seasonal as a ritual but … personally i found the truffle’s taste so voluptuos. a mouth lingerie.

Autumn in Northern Italy means Alba and its International White Truffle Fair, with events continuing through the heart of the truffle season. (Fiera Tartufo Bianco d’Alba)

I can imagine the ritual already: finding the right truffle, a beautiful dinner, Barolo in our glasses — and nowhere particularly urgent to be the following morning.

‍ ‍ Lake Como — When everyone else has gone

And finally, the lake.

I may actually prefer Lake Como when summer is over. The light becomes softer, the villages quieter and everything feels slightly more private.

My favourite place to surrender to it is Passalacqua in Moltrasio. Autumn and winter here are built around slow lakeside lunches, seasonal cooking and evenings that make staying in considerably more tempting than going out. (- Passalacqua Hotel Lake Como).

For those looking for Giulia Bellini as a private escort and companion in Milan, Lake Como or Northern Italy, every journey can be arranged differently.

Perhaps that is my favourite kind of luxury: not doing more, but having the time to enjoy something properly.

One weekend. Four stops. Or perhaps just one.

For a private elite companion experience in Milan, Lake Como or elsewhere in Northern Italy, every journey FMTY elite trave companion, can be arranged differently.

Sometimes the destination is only the beginning and The itinerary is only a suggestion. The company is what makes it memorable.

FLY ME TO YOU FMTY or FLY ME TO ME ?

that’s Dilemma
